ACTION STEPS
Contemplate and journal on the following questions:
- What did you do between the ages of 3-5 years old just because you enjoyed doing it? Start doing it again.
- Take 5 minutes out of your day and ask your body what it wants and then follow it.
- What’s something you’ve been afraid to do and investigate:
- Am I excited about something?
- Am I terrified about something?
- Am I being talked into something?
- Is there something I need to be aware of in this situation?
- Can I bring my body with me into something bigger than what I’m doing now, something that’s more exciting?
- Check in with your body – and consider what it needs to move forward
